Outgoing Commander-in-Chief Vice Admiral SPS Cheema being accorded the traditional 'Pulling Out' ceremony at the Naval base here on Monday. Vice Admiral Sunil Lanba, PVSM, AVSM, took over charge as the Flag Officer Commanding-in-Chief of the Southern Naval Command.30/03/2015
